Conan Exiles reads one modlist.txt. I play on more than one server, and each needs a different set of mods (or none). Switching used to mean letting the game re-detect mods, every time.
switch-modlist comfy # a modded community server's full list
switch-modlist knights # another server's list
switch-modlist none # unmodded servers
Each profile is a saved modlist.txt in the project. Adding a server means adding a file and one line. The script only ever touches the file, never the running game: if Conan is open, the change applies the next time it starts, the same as any other mod-list edit.
Small, but it removed a few minutes of friction from every server change, and it's the kind of tool I end up writing most often.
